Zinkmo Share lets you allow others access or to contribute to a set of bookmarks.

Public Folders

Public Folders can be unrestricted allowing anyone to subscribe to your Public Folder. Or you can create Restricted Public Folders so you can share your links with only selected users.

It's easy to do...

Publish Context Menu

First, Download Zinkmo and synchronize your links.

Once you have organized the links that will be published as a Public Folder go to your online manager, right click the folder to be published, and click 'Make Public'.

You can let other users access your Public Folders as Contributors or Subscribers. Having Contributors lets you use Zinkmo as part of the collaboration process.

Once a Public Folder has been published, you can send invitations to access to your Public Folder from the online manager. Or users can subscribe to your Public Folder from your web site by clicking your unique Zinkmo Subscribe button. Once Subscribed, the Public Folder is added to the Subscriber's local bookmarks and automatically updated when you update the Public Folder.

Filling out your online profile provides a button, Subscriber button example, for users to subscribe as well as a brief description of the Public Folder. Your folders will also be included in our listing of folders.

View all public folders

You can also set up Restricted Public Folders. Restricted Public Folder's are only available by invitation and do not appear in your public profile. Send invitations from your account by clicking the 'Send Invitations' link next to the publication in your private profile. You can add users as Contributors or Subscribers to your list.

There are three different access levels for Public Folders.

Publisher This is the user that the Public Folder belongs to. This user has full administrative rights to the folder.
Contributor These users are subscribers with additional rights. Contributors have the ability to make changes to the Public Folder. Any changes made by a Contributor will be reflected in the Public Folder and will propagate to all other subscribers.
Subscriber Users with this level of access will receive all changes made to the Public Folder by the Publisher and any Contributors but are not allowed to make changes themselves. Any changes made to the folder will not propagate to any other user. Any bookmarks deleted from the folder will be recreated during synchronization.
